The trams : the Laon line knew only the electric traction and the original motors remained in service until the end of operation. Four provided the service: they were two-axle, equipped with a van compartment and extreme platforms; originally equipped with poles, they were later equipped with a reversible bow. The operators realized that the rack was not indispensable, which is why it was disassembled, since the cogwheel was only kept for braking in the descents.
In the 60s, a motor was crashed at the stop of the Vaux station, in a collision with a motor vehicle. As luck would have it, it was a cousin of my father who, by reversing his DS Citroën, was hit by the tram. After this accident, the engine was equipped with a body giving it a more modern look.
