Avertissement : C'est un signal d'annonce précédant un signal d'arrêt, comme un "carré" ou un sémaphore. Il peut se présenter soit sous la forme d'un feu (signalisation lumineuse), soit sous la forme d'un losange jaune, associé à un feu jaune (pour la signalisation de nuit).

L'avertissement commande au conducteur d'être en mesure de s'arrêter avant le prochain signal d'arrêt fermé (carré ou sémaphore).

Warning: This is an announcement signal preceding a stop signal, such as a "square" or a semaphore. It can appear either in the form of a shaped light (light signaling), or in the form of a yellow diamond, associated with a yellow light (for night signaling).

The warning commands the train driver to stop before the next closed stop signal (square or semaphore).
